What this website collects

This website has no user accounts. Its only form is the optional newsletter sign-up described below. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

When you tap a WhatsApp, phone or email link, you contact us directly through that service, and its own privacy terms apply. The map on our pages is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.

Information you send us

If you message, call or email us, we use the details you give only to respond to you and to provide your care. Medical information is kept confidential and handled in line with Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, and professional rules on patient confidentiality.

Please do not send detailed medical information by email or WhatsApp unless we ask for it.

Newsletter

If you sign up for our weekly story from Beyond the Stethoscope (on our blog, homepage or when booking in our coaching app), we store your email address, your first name if you give it, where you signed up, the wording you agreed to and when, and a scrambled (one-way) code of your internet address to help stop abuse. We use these details only to send you occasional emails from Ebenezer Clinic & Diagnostic Centre: stories, health tips and clinic news. We do not sell or share them, and we never add patients to the list from clinic records.

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. To unsubscribe, or to see or delete your details, WhatsApp us on +256 772 626 077.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to the law on medical records. Contact us using the details above.
