Weight-Loss & Metabolic Reset – group programme
12 weekly 1-hour group sessions (8–12 people) at the clinic in Ibanda, led by Dr Bakahika: Reset, Renew, Transform. Starts with a doctor-led assessment at the clinic; clinical tests are charged separately per the clinic price list. Completion: attend at least 9 of the 12 sessions.
